Credit Card Payment Notice
Beginning February 1, 2019, Joe Wheeler EMC will be changing the way we take credit card phone payments from our members. From this date forward, instead of a JWEMC CSR taking your payment information over the phone, you will need to go through our automated phone system, the online bill pay option, our mobile app, or bring it into one of our offices to make credit card payments. For those of you who have multiple accounts or are served by Wheeler Basin Natural Gas, you will now have to make a payment for each account separately. This DOES NOT mean JWEMC will not accept credit card payments, only the way we take credit card payments will change.
Your personal information is something we take very seriously at Joe Wheeler EMC, and these changes are required to meet the latest industry standards to protect your credit card information. While most members will not notice these changes, those of you who prefer a more personal touch when paying your bill may, and we do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
