Bank Draft Payments

By using our bank draft service, your payments will automatically be sent to us by your bank. It’s a convenient way to pay your bill each month, without worrying about stamps or in-person payment.

Simply click on the link below to download a copy of our BANK DRAFT and CREDIT CARD DRAFT Form, print, and complete the form. Bring the completed form to our offices or fax it to begin paying via bank draft. NOTE: A voided check must accompany the completed form when you fax or bring it by any of the JWEMC payment centers.

Trinity Fax: 256-355-0739

Bank draft and online payments are different because your bank administers each bank draft payment automatically. With online payments, you yourself administer the transaction. If you would prefer to pay online, please click HERE.

Budget Billing Program

Sign up for our Budget Billing program and know the exact amount of your bill every month of the year! Your payment will be the average of the previous 12 months’ bills, no matter how much power you use. Each March, Budget Billing accounts are re-evaluated and you may receive a refund if you used less power than in the previous year. However, if you have used more power than in the previous year, you will be billed the difference. The Budget Billing program makes it easy to fit your power bill in your family’s budget, saving you the worry of bill fluctuations. It’s the smart way for families to budget their power bills!

Call 256-552-2300 to find out how to sign up.

Delinquent Payments

Our delinquent list is run 10 days after the due date shown on your bill. If you have not paid your bill by this time, your service will be subject to disconnect. If your account is not paid within 7 days of cut-off, the final bill will be processed and any unpaid balances will be sent to a credit bureau for collection attempts.

To have your service reconnected during the 7 days after cut-off, you will be charged a $50 reconnect fee in addition to the balance of your bill, which must be paid in full at the time of reconnect.

If you have questions about our delinquent payment policy, please call (256) 552-2300 to speak to a customer service representative.
